| JH0VEQ Matsui and I exchanged emails. We have decided to schedule the event at 12:30 Japan time (3:00 UTC). I played a wach and heard Matsui's voice clearly from the computer. Radio S's don't swing at all, or sometimes S3rd. With S3, I can hear the audio without interruption. If the modulation sound of FreeDV is not heard in the phasing, the voice will be broken. |
