front foreground
Looking towards the balcony from the front door
To the right of the entrance is the living room
This is a view of the living room from the lobby.
The lobby and living room are connected, making the room feel very spacious.
On the left is the main bedroom entrance
This is the living room as seen from the side.
The large windows are a feature
Gigi has no idea what the final product will look like.
The lobby viewed from the living room
From the left: the kitchen, the guest room, the computer room, and behind them, Raisa's room.

The unique feature of this house is the electrical outlets.
The horizontal box is the Philippine 230V, and the vertical box is the Japanese 100V.
Located in each room
Dining kitchen
Gas range on the left, refrigerator on the right
The kitchen has direct access to the parking lot.
Main Bedroom
It's quite spacious.
It's half the size of the house I'm currently renting. (laughs)
Private toilet in the main bedroom
Continue to the bathroom on the left
Private bathroom in the main bedroom
This is the family toilet and shower room.

I couldn't take pictures of the other rooms because they were under construction. I'll try again later...
Roof framework
It took a craftsman 10 days to weld it and it was almost finished.
Due to the increase in the price of steel, it cost 146,000 pesos (300,000 yen).
Initially, we planned to build it out of wood, but we decided to use steel for future maintenance.
