ARRL LoTW DXCC Award (September 12, 2024)
LoTW submitted an award application for the DXCC
Between 2009 and 2024, we communicated with approximately 30,000 stations.

We registered with LoTW, partly because of the increased communication with FT8 and partly because JT_Linker can automatically upload the data.

After registering the ADIF file, I checked and it was DXCC149.

https://lotw.arrl.org/I downloaded TQSL from the page

I have been using Turbo Hamlog since I was a 7MHz mobile service in Japan.
I'm afraid I've taken the trouble to make it spit out the ADIF file and give it to QSL manager JQ2GYU Sakurai-san.
Even though they are no longer used in Japan, I continue to use them because I cannot let go of what I am accustomed to using.

Have Hamlog spit out ADIF to upload logs to LoTW.
Start TQSL and click on "Sign logs and upload automatically to LoTWClick on the icon for
If you select an ADIF file, you will get the following warning
If there are no mistakes, press OK.
The status log on the TQSL screen will then show the progress of the upload.
When the upload is finished'We have started processing your renewal certificate request to your registered email.'
You will receive an email that says
To apply for a DXCC award, you must submit a "AwardsClick on "1.
Select a call sign and press the button below it, "Select DXCC Award AccountClick on "1.

You can see the current DXCCAward under "Account Status.
This screen shot was taken after I had already applied for a DXCC award, but you can see that the total is now DXCC150.
This first application is for DXCC 100 hrs, but next time 150 can be applied for.
Press "Application" to submit the actual application.
Next to this screen you can pay by credit card
However, after a week, I have not heard anything from ARRL.
I emailed them and received the following reply in English.
It appears that the master DXCC processing system is still not working due to the hack.

The ARRL (American Radio Relay League) has announced a service interruption related to the DXCC (DX Century Club) awards system due to a cyber attack. This issue has caused delays in processing DXCC applications and the Master DXCC processing system is currently offline.

As of August 20, 2024, the updates are as follows

  1. Restoration of DXCC system: Due to the impact of the cyber attack on the files, the restoration schedule for the DXCC system has been extended and the restoration date is currently undetermined.
  2. Impact on DXCC processing: The Logbook system (Logbook) has been operational since July 01, 2024, and online award applications can be submitted, but final processing will not be available until the Master DXCC processing system is restored.
  3. Processing status of other awards: Worked All States (WAS) and VUCC (VHF/UHF Century Club) applications are being processed and certificates and approval stickers are being printed and mailed. These awards are not affected as they do not use the Master DXCC processing system.
  4. Online DXCC System: The online DXCC application system is also linked to the master DXCC processing system and is not currently available.
  5. Upcoming Updates: Updates will be provided on the ARRL website and award applicants are encouraged to check back from time to time.

This service interruption primarily affects DXCC awards, but does not affect applications for other awards such as WAS and VUCC. Updates and inquiries can be found on the official ARRL website.

Future updates on the processing of awards will be posted here and will appear in the ARRL Systems Service Disruption header on the ARRL Web site (http://www.arrl.org/news/arrl-systems-service-disruptionから入手できます.
