| Philippine Airlines, miraculously (lol) departed Kansai Airport on time and arrived in Manila on time However, as I had heard in advance, there was no animal quarantine for Lily in Manila. Considering the time it would take to complete the procedure, I had to wait until 5pm instead of 3pm, so I had some free time. There was a free Wi-Fi access point in the departure lobby in Manila. But for some reason I can't connect to the internet.  |
